tModLoader Magic Storage Mod "out of date" despite the version being up-to-date

Are we being dumb? The tmod version is up-to-date as I am able to join my friend in-game (this is my friends screenshot) and the magic storage mod works just fine for me, but doesn't for him. Any help is appreciated (image attached of the error message)

It's not the mod being out of date, ignore that part of the error.

TML can't load the options.nbt file listed in the 2nd part of the error. I'm assuming it's a OneDrive issue.
