Id like to think an arms dealer would be more interested in buying guns from you than a dye trader

I think this might actually work in reverse. If they already have such an item, why buy another one?

I'd like a little bit of increased complexity in selling items. Being able to maximize profit by selling items to appropriate vendors sounds fun.

To sell more of that item

They're merchants, so being able to sell more would probably be their goal instead of just having one of everything
