Weapons & Equip Make Holy Water insta-kill on Vampire

Please make it that holy water insta-kill or does a lot of damage to vampires like how in Castlevania you can use holy water to cheese Dracula.

That's a good catch, actually. Stake Launcher already does this, but it just makes sense for Holy Water to do it too.
