Weapons & Equip Make Influx Waver craftable

Currently, the only method of getting the Influx Waver is the Martian Saucer, with a 16.66% chance of dropping. This is pretty tedious, as the Martian Saucer could take dozens of attempts. I don't know if this is just me, but on my first playthrough trying to get the Zenith was a nightmare because it took 55 saucers just to get a single Influx Waver. I think it should be crafted with Martian Conduit Plating and a few other materials.

There shouldn't be crafting recipe only because of your bad luck. All Martians weapons must remain exlusive as drops.
16,66% or 1/6 is not that bad. It's called RNG. Damn, even with 1/2 or 50% there is a speck of a chance that you won't get item after 50th kills. However, possibility of this happening is 1/1.1259E+15
