That’s going to require an awful lot of rebalancing, but I support nevertheless.I think most if not all melee weapons that shoot projectiles should shoot a projectile per swing, that'd make Melee Speed buffs way better
Enemy defense always blocks damage at 50% effectiveness, if an enemy has 50 defense, it will block 25 damage no matter what difficulty the world is set to. Melee also has access to Ichor Flasks and Sharpening Station, making enemy defense very rarely a problem for it.I don't think this change is necessary. Balancing the damage per second means increasing the frequency of projectiles and decreasing the damage of the projectiles. In this case, it will negatively affect the damage of the projectiles on high difficulties like "master" due to the peculiarity of the mechanics of the effectiveness of defense units: classic 50%, expert (75%), master (100%).
That is not what this is post is asking for. The suggestion is that every sword that already shoots something should shoot it every single swing.i would support if it weren’t for the fact it would ruin certain weapons design.
Think about it:
- copper short-sword??? Way too op probably.
- what about the fetid bhagnags or however you spell it (man, recently i’ve sucked at spelling). Oh wait, it probably would ruin the whole downside: its lack of range,
Those are a couple examples. Instead, i think that more weapons should get reworks and get projectiles, but, not most or all. That i would support.

I think all of these are good suggestonsI would want this on Influx Waver the most to be honest. Give it an aura too while you are at it.
Others? I don't think most of them need this.
