Alien8
Terrarian
This is something that's been on my mind for a while - I really love the snow biome and something which would add to it would be steadily accumulating snow, also water which slowly freezes (let's say a bucket of water dumped into a hole as one example).
I guess accumulating snow could be a problem with processing overheads and then there's the question of "when does it stop accumulating?". I mean you don't want a structure or an object causing the area to fill with snow.
Perhaps set a limit (maybe user defined) on maximum snow depth?
Also, to be clear - I mean snow accumulating on anything, whether it's a house or any object that's outside.
And then there's wind - would wind blow around any accumulated snow, perhaps even making it drift against structures?
Just some ideas.
