Solar eclipses having a higher chance to occur on a new moon ðan on oðer moon phases would nice since real solar eclipses require a new moon. Maybe 1/16 instead of 1/20?

It makes sense thematically, but it would probably just be obnoxious. It's not as though we can't already have a Solar Eclipse just about whenever we want one.
