Other make the Guide mention Smart Cursor + add the tutorial world to PC

I've watched several people play Terraria for the first time, and it doesn't get any less painful each time I watch them mine or build walls without Smart Cursor
Also add the tutorial world to PC because it makes absolutely no sense to not have it there

When I first started, it took an embarrassing amount of time for me to figure smart cursor out. Me and a friend kept complaining about this "random thing" that was really annoying and would make it impossible to place platforms properly. Wish the guide could have explained that one to me, so I support this
