The Moon Charm turns you into a Werewolf at Night. The Moon Stone buffs you during the Night too, but it's also active during Solar Eclipses even though it says it's only active at night. It'd be cool if the Moon Charm worked during Solar Eclipses to mirror when the Moon Stone is active.
This part is more of a weak excuse to have the Moon charm active more in certain Special Seeds instead of just a third of the time than a serious idea, but if you've been to the surface on a "Don't Dig Up" or "get fixed boi" might notice something interesting about day.
