Weapons & Equip Mana and Life Bracelets

I have an idea. How about making a bracelet of mana and life from shackles and crystal hearts and stars?

As Peanut sauce implyed, the theme of health and mana bracelets would be too similar to the health and mana bands. Also, this didn't really give us much us information on what these accessories would do.
