Weapons & Equip Manifestation Weapon Vanity

Okaaay at this point this is kind of unnecessary.
I mean, I understand the mob vanity, but weapons? Why am I dressing myself up as a flail? Why not just deck myself out in the Molten Gear and call it a day? In fact, the large majority of weapons already have a corresponding armor or vanity set, why do we need more based on individual weapons?

If you'll take a look at the current vanity sets: the vast majority are either generic costumes or references to other games. (There are three that reference NPCs, but those are pretty generic, as well as a Mummy and Rune Wizard vanity.) Why do weapons, even mythical ones, need their own vanity? I've never once in my life said "Gee, I really do wish I could dress up as a Terra Blade!". Dressing up as a monster might be a reasonable thing, a weapon, highly doubtful.

Terra blade? Nah, I prefer to dress up as the north pole. All jokes aside this is more of something you would put into a mod rather than put into the game itself.
