Looks like a railgun rifle in the color scheme of the Empress. Drops occasionally from EOL.

It shoots bullets that almost travel instantly. The velocity of all bullets are tripled. It has a moderate fire rate.

The Marchioness is based on the teleporting and fast movement of the Empress, as its bullets are hard to dodge. Its name references the wife of a marquess, which is many steps down from an empress in nobility.

The one problem with this is that currently, empress has 4 drops (unless you commit masochism and fight her during day for Terraprisma), one for each class. This would throw off the balance, making it a 40% ranged, 20% melee, 20% mage, 20% summoner drops. We could theoretically add a second drop for the other 3 classes. (maybe not summoner because of the Terraprisma, but give it same drop chance as the others)

Thinking of subclasses that are lacking right then...
Mage could be a gun type thing (like zapinators and space gun), melee could have a spear (yes there is the North Pole but duke has flairon, broadswords are abundant, and she already drops the one sword that is shortsword) and summoner... Can cope.
Other than the equal class drop chances problem thingy thing, it looks and sounds amazing!
