The Marksman Rifle resembles a shorter form of the sniper rifle that is darker in coloration. It has an appearance that is a bit closer to an anti materiel rifle.

It is considered an alternate weapon to the Sniper Rifle and can drop in its place at a 50% chance. It can also be shimmered into the Sniper Rifle and vice versa.

Like its sister weapon, the Marksman Rifle has a natural scope, but it covers less range than the Sniper Rifle. It also slowly reduces nearby vision as you use it.

The Marksman Rifle deals 125 base damage and has a 15 percent critical strike chance, which makes these stats look less appealing to use. However, this gun has a really good critical effect, in that critical shots quintuple your base damage. This means raising your critical chance does really good work on this weapon.

As a drawback, this weapon does not fire base high velocity rounds with Musket Balls

It has a rarity of Yellow, and has a best modifier of Unreal.

5x? OH MY GOD. I'd say a revert to 3x or 2.5x, and make it fire quicker with more damage. (natural hv bullets are always good, expesially that marksman rifles fire at similar velocities IRL) other than the ABSURD crit multiplier, its good. (side note, you should make it look like the sniper rifle the skeleton snipers ACTUALLY hold, the karabiner 98K)
