Mobile Mechanical boss summon items becoming 'materials'

After exiting and re-entering a world, mechanical boss summon items (mechanical skull, worm and eye) have 'material' in their description (as if it were a Get Fixed Boi world), although you can't craft Ocram's razor. This was in journey mode, and duplicating more summon items would also display the duplicates as materials.
