Xbox 360 Mechanical skull glitch

Hello. Every time i spawn pirate invasion i get a mechanical skull (Summons skeletron prime) where the pirate map was (and it Summons the pirate invasion). Glitch?
 
So it's turning into a mechanical skull as Dion as you use it or you're finding a mechanical skull in that slot after the invasion is over?
