PC Menu not responding

I dont know what to do. The game menu isn't responding whenever i click any one of the following single player,achievements, multiplayer,settings, texture packs, exit. I have no idea what to do next. I did the validate file integrity on steam and it says its ok so idk what the problem is.

im on windows ten, updated terraria yesterday and it worked for a bit exited out then this happened. im trying to play single player. Im using a keyboard and mouse. yes my mouse is on.

yeah i deleted and reinstalled and nothing worked

Could you please try renaming your config and input files? Go to the path:
C:\Users\[name]\Documents\My Games\Terraria
And for the files "config.json" and "input_profiles.json", rename them to "config.old" and "input_profiles.old". Restart Terraria and see if that helps. This will indicate if it was a problem with the configs or if the problem lies elsewhere.
