Mobile Mobile 1.3 Crashing

This is a really annoying bug where after about an hour of play the game crashes and deletes some of my progress. When and what it deletes seems to be at random. I know DR studios has a lot on their plate and I’m thankful for the great speed at which they work, but if this could be taken note of, that would be great.
Im on iOS with an iPad 7 running iPadOS 13.4.

Has anyone reached out to you about your issue?

I'm not to familiar with apple products but can give the more basic issues.
I actually just made a post similar to what I'd suggest regarding your issue, just for android.

Mobile - Character info saving but world info isn't

Occasionally when I save and exit the game on mobile, my character progress will save but my world progress won't. The only change would be, instead of the (quoting from linked post) "button next to your home button" for apple you double tap the home button.
I don't know if they have device managers built into the apple system, but if not you can find free ones in the app store.
