Resolved [Mobile] Can’t open jg chest (iPhone 5s Mobile OS: iOS 12.4.1)

Hi I tried to open a jg chest with my jg key but nothing works

Have you beaten Plantera in your current World? If not, it is not possible to open the chest yet, even with the key. Plantera needs to be beaten before the special keys can unlock the biome chests in the Dungeon.
