**REPORTED** [Mobile] Graphics settings, on occasion, become reversed

Please see the following video, paying close attention to the enemies around me:

For some odd reason, graphics settings have become screwed up in such a way that setting character quality to low actually sets them to high, and vice versa. This appears to be a permanent side effect, as quitting out the game does nothing.

A quick update: this has become even worse, making some of my NPCs completely unrecognizable - namely the mechanic. Additionally, both quality settings offer some odd variant of low quality - one makes them extremely blurry, while the other completely screws up their texture.

As this bug report would be practically useless without one, here’s a video showcasing my plight:

 
I've had similar issues on android as well. I've noticed these issues on King Slime's crown.
