Resolved [Mobile] Mimics

so, i saw on the wiki that in 1.4.1, surface mimics could spawn, is that true? if so, then they must be really rare

i actually didn't know surface mimics could spawn i thought it was some sort of glitch

yeah im on mobile, but the wiki said they fixed the bug

It seems like mimics can spawn on the surface if there's a natural background wall, like for example those dirt walls inside hills.

I've seen several mimics on the surface during blood moons. Although I think there was a natural background wall like @qweryt3.14 said there had to be.
