I dunno if anyone would be willing to make a mod where his laugh would be turned into the male/female hit sounds in the game, but if anyone's up for it I'm here.

That wouldn't be possible in a mod, you just need to replace the Player_Hit XNB files in the content folder.

Isolate the laugh, turn it into a MP3 file, convert it to XNB, and replace Player_Hit_0.xnb, Player_Hit_1.xnb and Player_Hit_2.xnb with it. That should do it.
