MODCOMPILE COMPILE UPDATE ERROR I HELP PLEASE

Hello fellow Modders, I recently downloaded an update for terraria called modcompile, as soon as I needed to compile my mod, this error appeared.
Please help, I have no idea how to fix this, and so far I have tried for two hours.

close the game, go to the tmodloader folder (usually in C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common), delete the ModCompile folder, then open the game and try building your mod

Thanks, but when I try to compile my mod, this appears and will not go away until I download it.

close the game, and try downloading and extracting its contents into the ModCompile folder: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/103130530886725632/793758643786350592/ModCompile_XNA.zip (create one in the tModLoader folder if it doesnt exist)
