The topic above explains it :).
I have never installed/uninstalled mods on Terraria before, and I would love to learn how to do it :p.

Thanks :).

Additionally later on:

I tried to do that but it had became to hard so I resorted to doing it a easier way with a Youtube Presentation, now it only makes my problem more difficult,

Guide I followed ^
So now I can't log into Terraria unless I uninstall the game launcher which I have but now I have an issue where it stays there when I start it up for 1.3....

I'm assuming you are interested in using tModLoader? If so, you can only do it on a Windows OS as of now. PRISM, which isn't released yet (But you can compile it and run it if you are in a rush), supposedly supports Mac and Linux, according to their GitHub page.

In order to install tModLoader, you're going to want to download the patcher here. Copy your vanilla "Terraria.exe" into the "Vanilla" folder of the file you downloaded, and run "patch.bat". Once complete, you can drag your new "Terraria.exe" found in the "tModLoader" folder into your Terraria directory (Where you got the original exe). Run Terraria, and you should find that tModLoader is now installed.

Now that the API is installed, you are able to download mods / make mods! Just drop the ".tmod" file of the mod you want into your "My Games/Terraria/tModLoader/Mods" directory, and enable them from the "Mods" menu item in-game!

Hope this helps :)

Note that that method no longer works with 1.3, since tAPI has not been updated. The only way to get it to work is to copy over the old Content assets that were renamed (I'm not sure if it is technically legal to obtain them, unless you still have an old version installed, since distributing game src and assets is against the rules).

Here is a slightly more up to date method. Just put the exe in the Vanilla folder rather than next to the "Patch.bat"

EDIT: If you CERTAINLY have your heart set on using tAPI (Which is out of date, and mods are likely no longer being supported by their creators), I recommend finding out more about these renamed assets (Just please obtain them in a legal way somehow ;))

Alright,

I am on track however I realized I have no terraria.exe file... I copied, and pasted my Backup in there instead, and noticed that it did not work when put into the Vanilla folder, and then ran with the Patch, imdetly the patch crashed somehow,

Can I have some clarification on how to resolve the terraria.exe issue?

Did you check the tModLoader folder (The one right next to "Vanilla")? Batch files only open the command line, and it will close violently, making it appear to be a crash. I don't remember if tModLoader has a "Push any key to exit..." type thing, so just check in that folder ;)

EDIT: After checking the source of the patch file, it does end violently, so it has to be in the tModLoader folder. Just drag the exe in there back to where the Steam game was installed, run it, and you're good to go!

That file appears to be empty, I'm assuming all the data is stored in their for the mods in this case?

Hmm... That is not where the mods go. Mods go into "My Games/Terraria/tModLoader/Mods", so that isn't the issue... Try renaming the backup back to just "Terraria.exe", and try again, but this time, run "Patch.bat" as an administrator.

I have tried it, and I have put it in both the Terraria File, and the Vanilla File. The Game Launcher is working fine however I do not know if it is working (The TModLoader.)

Yes I have ran it in Vanilla, and the Terraria File, and I have no new files still.

Edit:

No it is still not installed, and I have put, terraria.exe (The used one I renamed.) and I have yet to find it not installing still...

I'm assuming at this point I need to uninstall Terraria, and back up my saves?

Edit:

Okay I see the issue, its because I do not have version 1.3.7, I am using 1.3.8 :/. So I need to reinstall the Game Launcher in order to get this. One moment,
