Game Mechanics More changes to your world as it corrupts

There should be larger-scale changes to your world as it gets more or less corrupted or Hallowed. I have a couple concepts to start:
1. I don't know who originally had this idea, but I heard someone suggest that wyverns should stop attacking on sight if you're <10% evil
2. The dryad should raise her prices >25% evil and stop selling things >60% (Not on DDU or GFB)
3. Critters should have a chance of being their evil versions >40% getting higher as you get more corrupt
4. Rainbows should randomly appear throughout the world >45% hallow
All negative effects trigger with half the evil on FTW and GFB
What do you think of these?
I'd love to hear your ideas!

I suggest the dryad should also move out and not show up at all if greater than 75%

but otherwise, LOVE IT. Entirely support!

Without the dryad how do you cure it though? She should also move out and not show up at all if greater than 75%
I was thinking along the lines of the clentaminator, maybe she only stops selling after you meet the requirements for the mechanic.

yea i realized that and the solution is sold by the steampunker, not the dryad, so I deleted it

Even though I'm against the spread of corruption, if we can't turn it off... zzzzz... then your suggestion would definitely add some depth. However, this is one of those changes that’s a double-edged sword. Casual players don’t really care—just like with the luck mechanic, where even placing the wrong torch can mess with your chances. I feel like the depth we’re aiming for shouldn’t be something that bothers a part of the player base.

I see your point. I do think that this might be a good way to encourage casual players to keep the evil contained, though.

One problem: this makes the Dryad impossible to access in GFB and DDU worlds, since the world is automatically around 80% evil when you spawn in
how about on those seeds this mechanic would be ignored if it is added

I didn't consider secret seeds... Yeah, this can be adjusted for those seeds. (Plus, the other mechanics just make those funner and stupider)
Oh! And maybe on FTW and GFB negative effects trigger with half the evil?

Considering how NPC happiness is removed from the seed, and that it is nigh impossible to purify the world, I think that the Dryad's mechanic would most likely not appear here.
Edit: not to forget that the Clentaminator cannot be purchased on this seed, for some damn reason.

Yeah, I'll adjust the original post accordingly

Totally forgot to say, but it isn't FTW that has the surface covered in evil, it is the Dont Dig Up seed (which is actually fun to play). Just a minor error I should point out.

I know, I was saying that adjusting the thresholds to make it harder on FTW fits the seed.

On GFB this would make the Dryad impossible to get (due to the 70 percent evil)
I did account for that, the dryad won't stop selling on GFB or DDU
