Weapons & Equip More cultist vanity

So at the moment we have pretty much five pieces of cultist vanity items:

• The Hood seems to be based of the Lunatic Devote's hood.
• The Robe is based of the one of the Lunatic Cultist's, only a little smaller.
• The Lunatic Cultist Mask is based of the Lunatic Cultist's mask.
• The Solar Hood isn't used anywhere else in the game and is a piece of original vanity armor but was most likely inspired by the white robed cultist archer found in the game files.
  
• The Solar Robe isn't used anywhere else in the game and is a piece of original vanity armor.

Note what's missing here? That's right, the Blue Cultist Archer's outfit. Therefore I suggest three new items to complete the cultist sets:

• The Blue Hood - Vanity item in accessory slot - Pretty much the same as the Lunar Cultist hood, only without the glowy eyes. The reason for it being in the accessory slot is because it has a similar effect as the Diving Helmet, which makes it overlay the shoulders.
• The Blue Bland Robe - Vanity item in body slot - A robe similair to both the Devote's and the Archer's.
• The Archer's bow - Vantiy item in the accessory slot - Makes the player hold a bow. This one isn't just original to the cultists as the goblin bowmen use it as well.

So um.. no sprites yet... will try to make them later (if I won't forget about it).
