Biomes & Nature More forest types

Is this a good idea, and are the biomes good?

I was thinking of ideas about new biomes for this game, and I came up with an idea, more "forest" types that can be randomly generated.

There are some different types, the regular forest, grasslands, the dense forest, the mixed forest, the birch forest, and the hilly forest.

Every time a world generates, one side of the world's forests (not desert, corruption, crimson, hallow, snow) will be one biome, and the other side will be another biome. The biomes will be randomly chosen and 2 of the same biome can't be chosen, so one world's forest can't completely be one type.
Please note that acorns placed in the biomes will grow into regular trees unless mentioned in the description of the biome.
The current forests ingame.
The grassland will have a low amount of trees, will have lots of dayblooms and sunflowers, and is quite flat. This would be a good biome for building, but not for starting, as there wouldn't be that many trees. Mob spawning is the same for every biome, and is the same as regular forests.
Opposite of the grassland, dense forest will have a high amount of trees, and won't have sunflowers or dayblooms. It is, however, relatively flat. It can be a good starting biome with all of the wood, but you would need to clear a lot to build, and there are a low amount of sunflowers or dayblooms.
The mixed forest will have regular, birch, and apple trees. They will be largely similar to regular forests in terms of flatness, dayblooms, and density. Interestingly, sunflowers will not generate here. Acorns placed here will have a 50/50 chance to grow into either regular or birch trees.
The birch forest will have only birch trees. Again, they will be largely similar to regular forests. Interestingly, dayblooms will not generate here. Acorns placed here will grow to birch trees.
The hilly forest will have a low tree density, but more than the grassland. There will be more hilly terrain, and a low amount sunflowers or dayblooms. This won't be a good biome to start in due to the hilly terrain, but can lead to interesting builds.
White trees with black stripes on it. Drops birch wood, which is pale in color, like this. They grow in the same size as regular trees and will drop acorns (1-3 per tree)
Apple trees look much like regular trees, but with red dots on the leaves, and are somewhat shorter. Drops apple wood, which is a shade of brown lighter than regular trees, like this. They don't drop acorns, but apples (1-3 per tree), which will give the well fed buff for 30 seconds, and can be used in cooking. Apples can also be used to craft apple seeds, which will grow into apple trees wherever there is dirt with regular grass on it.
This is a WIP, and will probably be updated to make the biomes better, and add anchors for easy access. For now, comment your opinions on this down below.

I'm always up for more building materials.
But more forests on its own is kind of boring. Each new and existing forest is just like every other forest in terms of world generation. I would like to see something new and different in the world generation.

For example: The Dense Forest grows a number of living trees. Each of these trees has a 25% chance of being a hollowed-out tree, and of those, they have a 25% chance of being much taller than normal, possibly reaching into space. A player could easily build a treehouse or tree top town here.
Rename the Mixed Forest to something else, such as Grove. In a Grove, there are lots of caves and vines. Trees can grow below surface level, with their canopies just breaching the ground. Mushrooms and dye flowers are somewhat more likely to spawn here.
Anyway, just bouncing ideas - it's your suggestion. :)
