Most unluckiest Terraria Moments?

Howdy everyone,

I was just wondering; What was your most unluckiest Terraria moment?

I got the idea to ask this when about 20 minutes ago, I was sorting my inventory and soon realized I was shift-clicking...
and may of deleted my 'The Axe'. Dumb mistake I know.

I kinda don't care because Plantera is a fun boss for me, and I don't mind the grind.

So I decided to force myself to get every banner of normal enemies before taking my world to HM. I excepted the Nymph banner though...

I only needed the Bone Serpent banner.

Three months later, I got one.

I had three Nymph banners and two slime staves by then.

Uggghhh...
