Mobile Moto G 4G freeze

I bought the game, I launched the tutorial, finished it and now every time I try to access my world the game freeze (but the music continue), it's happenning when I try to relaunch the tutorial, every time.
After reinstalling the game another bug appears: when trying tout enter the caracters name half of the keyboard doesn't work anymore...
Please fix this !

Having the same bug! -.-
Bought the game recently.
My keyboard dont work when creating a character = Cant create a world.
Such a waste of money...
My version is Moto G 5.0.2
