Should Terraria add a mini flying Dutchman mount like the U.F.O?

I think in the last update, they should make a mini version of the flying Dutchman like they did with the U.F.O car key.
 
Infinite flight in early hardmode is a high tier. Unless it's later in hardmode, though it's impossible to tell if it grants flight, fires cannons, moves at all, or litterally installs a virus on your computer with the current specificity. Could you please add a way to obtain it and what it does?

Idea
Would have limited flight, more movement when windy, and can shoot enemy’s with cannonballs!
I think some guys “flying Dutchman overhaul” suggestion has this, but I’m too lazy to link it and I can’t remember who made it.
