**REPORTED** Moving saves on and off steam cloud loses all explored/revealed map locations

I was curious why the game wouldn't make backups to local drive while using the cloud (like many other games on steam, I always like copies elsewhere not solely relying on cloud); so I decided to bring both char and world localy, play some and check files status.

On loading game I saw all explored map was lost.

Never turned off PC or steam client between gaming sessions.
