Multiplayer Discrepancy When Spawning Cultists

In single player, the Cultists will not spawn if a solid block obscures center of where the Mysterious Tablet that they worship would spawn. In multiplayer, they spawn regardless. This doesn't matter for normal gameplay, but it's a nit-pick for designers and map makers. I'd prefer the check also exist in multiplayer, but removing it entirely would also make gameplay consistent.

Tested via Windows clients playing on a Linux server, but I'd imagine this applies to most OS versions.
 
Why Is There A Block In The First Place?
Because I placed a block, why else. Presumably the check is there so the tablet isn't stuck in a wall, and so the cultists don't spawn in an awkward or too small a space... But yes it's not needed for a normal playthrough. Bugs out my map to not have it though. :p
