PS4 Multiplayer not working

So, I can't join other people's worlds, and can make my own session, but people can't join me either, I keep getting the error message "Unable to join session. Please try again in a few minutes." Earlier tonight it was working just fine, I've tried restarting my playstation, router, reinstalling the game, and nothing works, any suggestions?

I know this is an obvious one, but you and your friends need a Playstation Plus subscription (Or another account on the system, that works too) to play Multiplayer online.

It was working just fine a few hours before that, but we tried again later and wouldn't work at all

I'm not sure what else to say except that there is a massive amount of people that have this issue on the forums, and hopefully another person with some experience will know what the problem is. good luck
