Xbox One Multiplayer(split-screen) Treasure Bags Not Dropping For Every Player

Basically in expert mode when the treasure bag drops after killing a boss only one treasure bag is dropped that any player can pick up. It should drop one per player that damages the boss but instead, it's just dropping one bag that anyone can pick up.
