Xbox One Multiplayer won't work

My friend is having an issue where multiplayer won't work for him, it just keeps saying resetting tiles when ever he tries to join or we try to join him. He has deleted and reinstalled, and cleared the system cache and all data on the console too. It would be really nice to get a solution to this since he can't play it for the reason he bought it.
 
You should report the issue directly to 505 using the links I've provided in my signature. Please also comment here should there be any new developments with this issue :)
