Weapons & Equip Multiple new item ideas for a possible crossover of Deltarune. (Spoiler warning)

Torch God
Title says it all, lets get to the items. (please note the crafting recipes aren't final, any ideas are well appreciated!)

Devil's Deck
Damage: 35 (magic)
KB: 1
Mana cost: 4
Use time: 10
Dropped by Red Devils
"I CAN DO ANYTHING!"
When used, it fires out one of the four attacks shown below:
Five of Hearts: Sends out a medium velocity circle of hearts, which pierce infinitely and go through walls.
Three of Clubs: Fires 3 spades outward very quickly, which can pierce twice.
First of Diamonds: Fires three diamonds in quick succession towards the cursor.
King of Spades: Fires out a card, which rapidly fires spade-like projectiles at nearby foes.

NEO Cannon
Damage: 60 (main fire) 28 (secondary) ranged
KB: 3
Use time: 45
Crafted with 1 cannon, 100 wires, 15 Shroomite bars, and 100 gold coins.
"[The Smooth Taste of] NEO"
Its main fire quickly charges up a focused blast, which is then fired at the cursor. It can pierce infinitely and ignore tiles.
Its secondary fire instead launches 1-2 Pipis that aren't affected by gravity. If a Pipis gets within 15 blocks of an enemy, it explodes into 3-5 mini Spamton heads that rapidly move towards enemies.

WearWire (Accessory)
Looks like a wire wrapped around your neck like a scarf.
It grants +12% summon damage, +1 minion slot, and makes all minion and whip attacks inflict Electrified (30 DPS).
It also lets any grounded minion float via a wire attaching to them, picking them up.
"Now In A Fashionable Scarf Form"
Crafted from 100 wires, 1 Summoner emblem, 1 Pygmy Necklace, and 10 Spectre bars.

Rimshot (Based on the attack of the same name during the Tenna fight)
Damage: 100 (Melee)
Use time: 40
KB: 5
Range: 30 tiles
"This show will NEVER end!"
Crafting: 15 souls of light, 10 fallen stars, and 15 Hallowed bars (Recipe suggestion by Asternova)
This flail charges up rather slowly. When its fully charged and released, it very quickly flies to its maximum range and makes a "Budum Tss" sound, releasing 7 homing spikes around it.

Cooler Staff
Damage: 23 (Summon)
KB: 0
Use time: 20
"It shows no mercy."
Crafted with 10 bottled water, 15 souls of fright, and 15 souls of night.
Summons a stationary Water Cooler, which summons a sphere of water above it that pulls in damaging water droplets. After 10 seconds of doing this, it will fire the sphere of water at a nearby foe, dealing 400% splash damage.

Mantle of Darkness (Accessory)
Defense: 7
DR: 10%
Grants 15% more DR against "dark" or "ghostly" attacks (IE Ragged Caster's attack or Rune Wizard's fireball)
Dropped by Dungeon Mages (7.5% in Classic, 10% in Expert+)

Shell Hammer
Damage: 35 (Melee)
KB: 4
"I'm old!"
Dropped by Giant Tortoises (5% chance)
When used, summons a Giant Tortoise's shell, which you than hit. It leaves homing stars behind it, and the shell can pierce up to 5 times or bounce up to 5 times (bounce and pierce are both on the same counter)

YOUR TAKING TOO LONG Staff
Damage: 6 (Summon)
KB: 1
Use time: 20
"TOO BRIGHT"
Occasionally found from harvesting Pumpkins.
Summons a small pumpkin that quickly chases down foes, dealing contact damage.

I'd change the recipe to

This sounds familiar...

Anyway, Terraria doesn't just randomly add materials to balance accessories. Wire also feels pointless here, and the actual accessories being combined feel irrelevant to the theme. Idk if Werewires are even iconic enough to be here; I've seen one person ever care about them.

That would necessitate each of these attacks to get a boolean for AffectedByMantle or not. It'd also not be clear what classifies as "Dark."

Um, I'd just rework the entire thing. Wires + Silk + Copper/Tin; increases summon Tag damage

Perhaps I can make something a bit more fitting
Orderkeeper (Tasque Manager's whip)
Damage: 35
Use time: 28
KB: 3
Range: 30 blocks
Tag damage: 6
Crafting: 100 wire (the whip's cord), 10 gold or platinum bars (handle), and 5 spikes (tip).
"Order, order!"
When minions hit a foe tagged by this whip, electricity arcs from the enemy to up to 5 other foes, dealing 80% of the minion's damage and hitting each enemy once.
