PS3 Music?

What is with the music cutting out in the ps3 version?
Seriously i want to know why i cant enjoy playing terraria on my PS3 without my eardrums bleeding.

It cuts out at random times and goes to a high pitch notes before it cuts out and then goes back after 3 seconds

That definitely sounds like the system than, i had issues with volume on a number of games for ps3 before i opened it up and cleaned it, have you cleaned out your system since purchase?

no but i have the kind of luck where if i did that, it would break.
