Welcome to my thread! Click on a spoiler to view a version of my base. The first one will have the most information as it is a tour of my entire base, not just additions made to it.
OR, if you just want to see a video tour, you can watch this video! -> My base!
Also, there is a world download available for those that are interested: World Download
Note that the world download is for Steam, as I don't know how, or if it's even possible to do world downloads for other platforms. If it is then if someone could let me know that would be great so that I can make it available as soon as possible.
If you have any suggestions, feedback, or questions about my world then please feel free to let me know what you think or what you're wondering!
DISCLAIMER: I AM NOT A GREAT BUILDER, DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING SUPER GOOD.
Hello everyone! In this thread I will be showcasing my 4+ year old Terraria world! This was my second ever Terraria playthrough with my first being on the Xbox360. I originally created it on Mobile, but later ported it to PC. My world is 1% corruption, 1% crimson, and 1% hollow, I spent like an entire day cleansing it because I just got sick of it.
. If I build anything new, I will try to update this thread. Below is the character I created and the world itself. Unfortunately, I first created it on mobile version 1.3.0.7.8.1, which did not have the seed feature, that's why the world doesn't have the seed button.
Below is an image of my entire main base, but there are other segments of it as well. (Sorry for weird black box, I haven't explored that area yet :/)
Here are all of the elements of my main base:
1: Tribute to my Xbox 360 save.
I wanted to remake my old base to properly remember it, this is an exact replica of it. (I say exact, however there are some things missing like rare furniture that I couldn't be bothered to grind for.) I played this world with 2 other people and we each had our own rooms, mine was the one with the midnight confetti / waterfall background. Each room also has a mannequin that represents the player and what they look like in game.
2: Martin UFO
I was bored one day and decided to build this goofy little thing, not much else to it. This build has been in my world for a while now, but there's not much else to say about it.
3: Upside-down house
Similar to the UFO, I got bored one day and felt like making a gravity potion friendly house! This was also one of my much earlier builds, it looks ugly, but I haven't removed it just because it's been there for so long.
4: Arena
Like any Terraria player I needed an arena to fight bosses in, and this was how I did it. It's incredibly ugly but is the oldest unchanged thing in my world. (I have a LOT more banners, I just couldn't hang them all up.)
5: Time Capsule
This is a fun project I started just under a year ago. I write signs recording progress on the base and my world to my future self. I try to wait a long time before posting again so that there aren't a bunch of meaningless signs filled with nothing but fluff. (but maybe I should post there more often since it's been almost a year and I only have four signs?)
6: My Main Base! (finally...)
Originally, my main base was your traditional Terraria noobie wooden NPC tower. But when the 1.4 came out I wanted to make my NPCS happier. By the time I tore down the ugly skyscraper I realized that most of my real base was underground, which is how I wound up with a bunker.
Fun Facts About My Base!
1: the gravestone next to the bookcase is my first death, I died to a zombie on my first night because I was still learning mobile controls.
2: The pixie dust in the item frame was my first ever hard mode item. (I don't know why I framed it, but hey, its history now.)
3: The large empty room with teleporters and shelves was originally my storage room. But it got too full, so I separated the chests into 3 categories and made teleporters to them. In each category are even more, smaller categories with nicely organized materials. (If I didn't organize then I might not have still been playing on this world.)
4: There is a small switch in the crafting station room. When I was playing, I would always barricade my doors during a Bloodmoon so that monsters wouldn't get into my house. The only problem was that made it difficult to leave... so I installed the switch that when flipped activates some actuators to reveal a hidden exit!
5: the smaller room with 3 teleporters was my teleportation room. I don't use it much anymore, but I made it before NPC pylons were added so that I could quickly travel to the dungeon and the jungle. (the 3rd teleports to a small ocean outpost, you'll see that later
) Aren't we glad we don't have to place wires across our entire worlds anymore?
6: The pillars with the moon lord monoliths is my monument for beating terraria for the first time! The original was just made of stone blocks, so I renovated it a while back to truly show the achievement it represents! There is a sign on top of the monolith not visible in the picture that shows the date I defeated the Moon lord, that being 5/22/2020. (My first playthrough I didn't technically beat the game since Moon Lord wasn't added, it only went to Duke Fishron / Golem.)
7: The part room (The one with the disco balls and confetti walls) is the newest renovation! The old one was boring, so I decided to redo it for my T.C.F 10th anniversary submission! (incase you want to know what it looked like, it had coral blocks for the base and marble walls as for background walls. There was a fog machine, fireworks box, bubble machine, a single bubble block in the corner and a single smoke block next to it. That was it.)
Anyways, enough yapping, here's the base!
If you actually read the fun facts section then you saw a part about my storage room, well here is where all 3 of those teleporters go! I installed music boxes in each one so that way each area truly felt like part of my base, since each one is actually in a remote location underground.
Another thing mentioned in the fun facts portion was an Ocean Outpost in my mini teleportation room, well here it is! Nothing super fancy, just liked the idea of having miniature outposts around the world that connect to my base.
Up next...
PYLONS!!!
My pylon areas aren't anything super fancy, but I figured I would show them off anyways. My favorite is the forest one since it is an actual house. I consider my forest pylon to be part of my main base too, but I figured that it made more sense to put it in the section with all the other pylons.
Anyways, here they all are!
Forest:
Desert:
Hollow: (side note for my Hollow pylon, the shimmer pond is there because my world was created before the Aether mini biome was added. So, I had to go to another world and steal some...)
Snow:
Jungle:
Mushroom Fields:
Ocean:
Underground:
and the final section...
Other random builds!
At the moment I only have one build not in a main area, that being my Halloween 2023 contest submission. It's off to the right of my base, but anytime I'm flying by I get to take one last good look at it. It's probably my favorite build simply because it's the one I've spent the longest on (other than my main base.) Anyways, here it is!
Anyways, that it for my world (as of now
) If you actually read that entire thing then you are a legend! Feel free to comment any suggestions or feedback you may have on any of my builds. Now I'm going to stop writing since I've been doing this for the past hour or so.

Hello everyone, it's been a while since I've posted here. I have been working on stuff, I just haven't been posting about it, but anyways here's everything new with my base!
1: New secret room!
@Agzam4 gave informed me of player sensors, which I hadn't previously known about. I used them to create a dull storage room which was really a secret passageway to a luxurious bathroom! Simply walk into the right side wall and it will open up to you!
2: Storage room upgrades!
@Agzam4 Also gave me the suggestion to redo my storage areas. It's something I've been meaning to do for a while now but I finally got to it, here are the new ones!
(The one in the jungle isn't complete yet, just waiting for the tree to grow taller, then I will restore the background walls.)
3: New mannequin room!
Recently we had the Terraria in game Halloween event, during that time I managed to collect plenty of goodie bags. But instead of shoving all the cool costumes into a chest I decided to dedicate a room to my costumes! Not all featured outfits are complete yet, so I am going to have to work on that, there are also some other outfits that aren't here at all yet that I am looking forward to adding soon.
That's it for that major updates, but I do have two smaller things to share!
1:
I added another sign to the time capsule castle!
2: I got another developer set, Leinfors set!
Total base:
Plans for future additions:
I don't have many plans at the moment, but I have been thinking about making my room bigger, it's stayed the same for most of my world's lifespan, I also plan on making a replica of my room in the TCF tree, which was made by @Kitnight you can check it out and all the other amazing rooms designed by them here: TCF Tree!
But before I end this update, I have a spoiler for a project I am in the middle of working on:
Take what you want from this picture, but it's all I'm sharing about it until it's complete.
Well, that's everything new with my world, thank you guys for supporting me and your kind comments, it means a lot to me!
Until next time!

I'm back with another update to the base! It's been like 5 months since update 2 so I apologize for the delay but update 3 is here!
Something I wanted to focus on was making the base feel a lot more open and connected instead of cut off and separate, so I added a lot more stairways and hallways in the base to connect everything! Here are a few examples of these connections as well as some new rooms that they connect to! (the new rooms pictured being 2 more castle / medieval themed rooms)
Here are some more new rooms, I wanted to focus on adding more rooms with lots of small details and stuff in them. So, that's what I did! The new rooms are the following:
Mining storage room
Lounge / hangout room
Greenhouse
Christmas room
Brewing room
The bar storage room
Zoo
Observatory
But that's not all, there is one more new room...
My TCF tree room! Based on @Kitnight's tree, I wanted to incorporate it into my base, like I said I would probably do in update 2. If you want to see the original room and all the other rooms, then head here -> TCF Tree!
Those are all of the new rooms, but I have a few changes as well. For starters, I decided to move all of the town slimes into my house (As you might have seen from a few of the screenshots.) I also finally expanded my room! (I also put in some new Lunatic Cultist themed items in it, because ya know, he's the best boss.) Throughout the entire lifespan of this world my room has pretty much remained the same. Even the golden furniture has been there for such a long time. In fact, my room pretty much hasn't changed since I was still progressing through the game on this world! (which was like 4 years ago.)
And one last change, remember the thing I teased at the end of update 2? Well, here it is! I wanted to try my hand at creating an apocalypse like scene and I really like how it turned out! This was just a mini project that I wanted to try out, I don't really think I'm going to expand on it in the future, but who knows?
And finally, here is a full view of my base!
Lastly, here is a video of me walking through my base, incase you aren't interested in text walls.

That's all for update 3, hopefully the next one comes much sooner

My base!
That's all for update 3, hopefully the next one comes much sooner
Here is another version of my base! But this is a special occasion, because today (4/12/2025) marks the 5th anniversary of my world! I've had a lot of fun over the years and I hope to have many more years of enjoyment on this world in the future. This is a smaller update as my last update was just about a month ago, but I still have a few new things to show.
Wizard tower
I wanted to work on making my pylons have a little more life to them, and I started with my Hallow pylon by adding this wizard tower with a shimmer lake.
Moon cult
I decided to make a dungeon moon cultist shrine thing. I don't know what to call it, but it looks cool!
Space Station
I have a teleporter room but like nothing in it, so I just wanted an excuse to add another teleporter
And what I've spent most of my time on... a map art of Yharon, from the Calamity mod!
I recently played my second playthrough of the Calamity mod (my first one was several years ago) and I really liked Yharon's design, music and overall asthetics. But since this world isn't on modded, it's a bit hard to make something like a vanity set room like I did with the Lunatic Cultist, but I also wanted to feature Yharon in my world. My solution? This giant map art of Yharon. I created it by using TEdit V5's image to pixel art generator to generate the schematic for what the art would look like. Then all I had to do was gather the resources and place all the walls down. It took a super long time but I'm also incredibly happy with the end result. The specific image I used is the Calamity mods official Yharon mousepad design, I did NOT create the original photo.
Links that I used for the project:

The plugin: https://forums.terraria.org/index.php...
The mousepad (where the original image is from.): https://youpads.com/product/yharon-mo...
Additionally, here is a timelapse video I made of the project:
And the full view of my base (Note that the map art doesn't actually look like that in person, I just edited what it looks like on the map onto the image because it looks different in person.):
Also, I have created a world download for those that are interested: World Download
Note that the world download is for Steam, as I don't know how, or if it's even possible to do world downloads for other platforms. If it is then if someone could let me know that would be great so that I can make it available as soon as possible.
Thats all for this update, until next time!
