What tools did you use? I'm always confused as to how people make digital art because the best I can do is pixel art or editing existing images. Otherwise I'm more apt at hand drawing.

I used ibisPaint X. It's a good drawing program, but it lacks things that Clip Studio Paint has, like 3D models for reference.
