Xbox One My characters are gone

I booted up terraria on my Xbox one (not the series) and saw that my worlds and characters are gone. My in game achievements are also gone but the Xbox achievements aren’t. Also the syncing files took forever. What do I do to get them back? Please help

Thanks for the report - could you try relogging into your Xbox account, and see if that fixes things?

I already tried relogging into my Xbox account and didn’t work. Also gamer tag is Nightshadow9940
