PS5 my friend can't load or host worlds

my friend is completely unable to host worlds, when he trys he gets a black screen. he can still join other people's worlds in multiplayer.

Thanks for the report - would you be able to send a phone recording of this glitch occurring?

Additionally - did this behaviour start up fairly recently, or has your friend experienced this problem for some time?

the bug resolved after he did a factory reset of his ps5
