my modem keeps reseting?

I have a qwest modem and it recently changed my portforwarding. In fact it deleted it, now my server is offline because of it, it also made my ip go from static to dynamic. What can I do?

okay guys take a look at my picture it was as easy as changing my dns to static o.o case solved!
