It looks pretty good, but IMO an underwater base should feel slightly dark and claustrophobic, but the light is pretty intense in yours. Again, this is just my opinion, pretty much nitpicking. The design is pretty well done.

Thanks for the constructive criticism. Yeah I thought about cutting down on the light, but I think that works on underwater bases that are deeper. Mine is just below the surface so I didn't think it'd fit.
