Need help with Merchant NPC

Heyo,

I've encountered an issue regarding the merchant and the forest pylon, for some reason the he wont sell the pylon, even though all the conditions have been met.
Can anyone help me out?
I have posted an image of the house

P.S the merchant won't sell the pylon even if he's completely alone, with the nurse or with the guide

Does he sell it if the guide isn't nearby? If just the nurse is nearby. My guess is that he loses the happiness bonus from having a lot of space (only 1 other NPC nearby or less)

As I said in my post, he does not sell it if he's only with the guide or only with the nurse or alone, he also doesnt sell it in a normal house thing (box house with a wall, door etc)
