PS4 Need more help

For some reason my terraria on my ps4 says its 1.0.7sowmthing but it's supposed to be in 1.3 and it still has the tutorial button an thought they took that out also when I look at update history the updates only go to 1.2 and it says I cant updates further can someone help me get into 1.3

Console versions are displayed differently ingame. Your game is in 1.3, but console has different version numbers. I don't know why.
