Removed Tier Weapon from the list (because it's hard to balancing thing)
Add "Honkai Impact 3 Weaponry" to WIP list

HI3 Weaponry - 1 Weapon completed (Balmung)

Now you can try the first weapon finished

Maybe after 3 or 5 weapon finished, i'll moving HI3 Weaponry to another thread
