I think he's still working on it.

As for my thoughts on this, the slime armor is exclusively for defense with those %s (as I already said), and the steampunk armor is available about 5 seconds later than hallowed, meaning just about anyone would use the steampunk. I like the summoner helmet though. For a set bonus maybe you would get +20% damage to and from you to make something like melee or ranged a glass cannon?
