Other New characters and worlds appear at the top of the list

I think when we make a new character/world it should appear temporarily at the top of the character/world list.

character menu is already being revamped to make it easier to navigate, if you wanna organize your characters you can simply add a "1" or any symbol before typing the character name. You can also add a "Z" to the end of finished characters so they stay at the bottom of your list

You can also just star the character and world to achieve this same thing.
