Terrarian
Overview
Currently Terraria boasts a wide collection of Flame Dyes of various types, including Flame Dye, Blue Flame Dye, Green Flame Dye, Intense Flame Dye, Intense Green Flame Dye, Intense Blue Flame Dye, Flame Dyes with Silver, Flame Dyes with Black, Flame Dyes with White, Burning Hades Dye, Living Flame Dye, and even Solar Dye. But, Terraria still has no flame or fire Hair Dye of any kind.
While it can be argued that these dyes can be used as a hair dye when used by a wig, I think there is still merit to finally having a true "flame hair dye" that will complete the flame dye collection.
Infernal Hair Dye acts as a standard firey magma hair dye, while the Divine Torch Hair Dye acts as a firey upgrade to Biome Hair Dye that also ties into the new Torch God event. Players can also use Flammable Hairspray as an ingredient to torch-specific hairsprays that allows them to keep a specific color of the Divine Torch Hair Dye all of the time.
Finally, Players can also use Flammable Hairspray to make Glowing Hairspray, which will make their hair glow whatever color it currently is. We still don't have a true way of making a Terrarian's base color hair glow like is so often in the fantasy and heroing genres, so what better way than to tie it into the new Torch God as a blessing to the Terrarian?
The Torch God, so far, is a rather minimalist boss fight. It only has one drop, The Torch God's Favor, and as many Terrarian's don't bother to change their torches, why bother with the entire fight? I say we make the Torch God more interesting by giving him 2 new and exciting related items that requires the Torch God's favor to obtain: Flammable Hairspray and Divine Torch Hair Dye, and 4 new firey hairstyles to celebrates the Terrarian's victory.

Infernal Hair Dye acts as the stereotypical flaming lava hair, and as another reward from the Stylist for beating the Wall of Flesh. What better way to celebrate entering Hardmode than with a new hairdo?
Appearance
Hair with this hair dye will shift slowly in color from red to orange to yellow. The more attacks a Player unleashes, the more white it will become and the more light it will give off (still very little, but slightly more). If a Player stands still for a while, it will darken and turn mostly black.
Similar to Martian Hair Dye, this Hair Dye will glow in darkness. This hair will also give off fire particles, similar to Party Hair Dye's confetti particles.
Usage
This Hair Dye, similar to other Hair Dyes, is a consumable, and can be removed with Hair Dye remover.
Tooltip: "Beware of burnt ends."
Obtaining
This Hair Dye is sold by the Stylist after the Wall of Flesh has been defeated for the first time in a world.
Infernal Hair Dye costs 30 Gold, the same price as Martian Hair Dye, as this Hair Dye also glows in darkness.

This Tooltip is a reference to burnt ends, a real-life hair condition sometimes caused by excess hair styling (many hair implements are quite hot) or chemical treatments.

Divine Torch Hair Dye is a new Hair Dye that behaves similarly to Infernal Hair Dye, but also acts as an upgrade to Biome Hair Dye by tying its colors to the area's favored torch.
Appearance
Hair with this hair dye will shift in color respective to the area's favored Torch Type. Like Infernal Hair Dye, it will glow and give off fire particles. It will also glow brighter and whiter as the Terrarian does more attacks, and will give a flash of light when the Terrarian deals a Crit.
Usage
This Hair Dye, similar to other Hair Dyes, is a consumable, and can be removed with Hair Dye remover. It will also give the Terrarian Torch Luck.
Tooltip: (A quote that represents a blessing of some sort from the Torch God, like "Burn brighter than the sun")
Obtaining
This Hair Dye is sold by the Stylist in a Hardmode world to Players with the Torch God's Favor.
Below (image examples): Burnin from My Hero Academia, Scanty from Panty & Stocking With Garterbelt, Idia Shroud from Twisted Wonderland, Ember from Elemental (2023)

Flammable Hairspray can be crafted into consumable Hairsprays that will change the Terrarian's hair to only 1 specific torch color in case the Player prefers only 1 of the many colors offered by the Divine Torch Hair Dye. It can also be crafted into glowing Hairspray, finally allowing the Terrarian to truly have extra cool glowy hair.
I think that the addition of this new crafting material would provide new potential in crafting hair-related products that do not need to interact with hair in the same way that the current Hair Dyes do, and will give the Terrarian more agency and variety in crafting hair-related materials.
Usage
Flammable Hairspray is a crafting material. Flammable Hairspray is sold by the Stylist after The Torch God has been defeated. Hairsprays cannot be used if a Hair Dye is in use. Using any type of consumable Hairspray will also give the Terrarian minor Torch Luck.
Tooltip: "Your hair looks deflated!"
Flammable Hairspray is sold by the Stylist to Players with the Torch God's Favor in a Hardmode world.
Flammable Hairspray costs 15 Gold, cheaper than Infernal Hair Dye but still somewhat expensive. The same price as Rainbow Hair Dye.
Recipes

This is a reference to the quote: "Your hair deflated!" from Penny Pingleton from the musical Hairspray. A different quote from Hairspray would also work well.

Recipes
Molotov Cocktail x10: Made from 1 Flammable Hairspray, 1 Gel/Pink Gel, and 1 Torch as an alternative crafting recipe.
This recipe is in reference to the potential and rare usage of hairspray as a makeshift flamethrower in real life.
Firey Hairspray (Consumable): Made from 1 Flammable Hairspray and 1 Torch. Uses the Torch as a color basis. It makes the Terrarian's Hair behave like the Divine Torch Hair Dye.
Tooltip: "Stop, drop, and roll," in reference to the saying repeated across the English-speaking world as instructions for what to do when their clothing catches fire.
[Torch Type] Flame Hairspray (Consumable): Made from 1 Flammable Hairspray and 1 Torch favored by the Torch God (Aether Torch, Mushroom Torch, etc.). Will use the respective torch as a color basis. It makes the Terrarian's Hair behave like the Divine Torch Hair Dye, but without changing to fit different torch types.
Tooltip: (See Firey Hairspray)
Glowing Hairspray (Consumable): Made from 1 Flammable Hairspray and 25 Pixie Dust. It makes the Terrarian's Hair glow and give off light, becoming brighter the more attacks they deal. Similar to the other Hairsprays and the Divine Torch Hair Dye, it will also give off a flash of light when the Terrarian does a crit. However, it will not make the Terrarian's hair move in any way other than is natural for the hairstyle.
Tooltip: "Let your power shine," in reference to the song sung by Rapunzel in Tangled (2010) to make her hair glow, and the common fantasy trope of characters having their hair glow when they become more powerful, or use their powers.

4 new hairstyles are added to take advantage of these new firey hairdos provided by these new Hair Dyes and Hairspray to truly make the Player's head look like its on fire. These all move a bit on their own. These hairstyles are all unlocked at the Stylist after obtaining the Torch God's Favor. As the Champion and hero of Terraria, now you, too, can stand dramatically with your hair flowing constantly in the nonexistent wind due to the blessing of the Torch God!
The first hairstyle gives a short-haired "fire as hair" effect with its shape, with the hair sticking up and waving a bit.
Some image examples include: Hades from Hercules (1997), the Flame Princess from Adventure Time, Torch from Skylanders, and the Heat Miser from The Year Without Santa Claus (1974)
The second hairstyle gives the Terrarian super thick long wavy hair that appears to be constantly billowing to the side in the wind, like a dramatic flowing cape or the waves of smoke from a fire.
Some image examples include: Medusa from Marvel, Pocahontas from Pocahontas (1995), Queen Celestia from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Lyria from Grandblue Fantasy: The Animation's wind scene
The third hairstyle gives the Terrarian long hair that also seems to be waving by itself, but unlike the second hairstyle, is constantly flowing upwards. It gives an appearance like if the Terrarian was underwater or falling, or their hair was made of rising smoke or lifted by the air.
Some image examples include: Janna from League of Legends and Ariel from The Little Mermaid (1989)
Finally, the fourth hairstyle is also long and flows by itself, but unlike the 2nd and 3rd hairstyles, it is largest around the Player's head and is slicked back over the forehead to a thinner long flowing trail. The end result is a hairstyle that resembles a torch or a comet. Perhaps this hairstyle is only unlocked after obtaining The Torch God's Favor and defeating Martian Madness or the Moon Lord due to its comet-like appearance?
Some image examples include: Daybreaker from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Zoe from League of Legends, Storm from X-Men
