Lord Amgous (yes I know I spelled it wrong, that’s on purpose) he is summoned using the Suspicious Looking Visor which is crafted using 3 souls of sus(0.69 percent chance to be sold by Traveling Merchant on a drunk world only, and after mecha bosses) and 7 lenses. He has 69 million, 420 thousand, 666 health. He flies 6x as fast as Empress Of Light toward you and if you touch him, you take 69,420 damage, ignoring defense(but does not hurt you in godmode journey) but if he ever is killed, he has a 100% chance to drop both a Lord Amgous trophy and a Psycho Knife.
