NPCs & Enemies New NPC - Witch

I have an idea: a new NPC. Its a Witch, a NPC that sells potions. Shop idea:
40 copper coins = 2 Lesser Health Potions
1 gold coin = 1 Spelunker Potion
50 silver coins = 2 Health Potions (big)
2 gold coins = 1 Wormhole Potion
35 silver coins = 1 Shiny potion
35 silver coins = 1 Night Owl potion
30 silver coins = 1 Obsidian Skin potion
30 silver coins = 1 Iron Skin potion
30 copper coins = 2 Lesser Mana Potions
50 silver coins = 2 Mana Potions (big)
60 silver coins = 3 Recall Potions

Please, add this NPC that you can obtain by rescuing it from mushroom underground biome! We all need a potion seller because it will help a lot. Thank you all, Terraria developers! :D

I don't see why we would need an NPC that sells potions. As a matter of fact, it is probably one of the things we need the least. All of these potions are already easily crafted, so there's no use for a potion-selling NPC.
 
  1. NPCs should sell unique items.
  2. What does a witch do in the underground mushroom biome anyway?
Sorry, no support from me.
 
Perhaps she sells rare potion ingredients and some alchemy-themed magic weapons, but easy-to-get potions aren't worth the silver, really.
